            "How about you, guys? Are you going to make any deposits today?"
            "I would like to make a deposit in cash," said Levon.
            "Ok. Now you should make up your PIN, personal identification numbers for your debit cards. They can be any combinations of four numbers. And make sure you don't forget them. If you happen to lose your card, contact us immediately and we'll block it so that no one else can use it without your authorization."

She took the PIN numbers and went away.
"Listen Harut," said Levon. "Do you think it would be a good idea to give her this five hundred dram banknote1 as a present? She's been so nice and friendly!"
"Cool. You can try it."
The lady returned with blue folders.
"Well, guys, these folders are yours. You will find there all the necessary information such as your account numbers, bank phone numbers and so on."
"Excuse me," said Levon in a trembling voice. Stretching out the five hundred dram banknote he continued, "Here, take this."
She was embarrassed and confused.
"Oh, well, I don't really know if they will exchange it for you. About how many dollars is it?" she asked.
