Housing Problem

 "Because," said Harut, "in the first place, we have to look for and find a nice and cheap one. In the second place, we have to pay a security deposit, which will ensure our commitment of renting the apartment for a long period of time and in the third place…"
            "And in the third place," caught up Samvel, "we’ve gotta get going! While you fuss here over stupid things all the rooms will be taken by the time we get there!"
            They took a van, since just a small cab would neither be able to fit all their things nor themselves. They arrived at the motel in just a few minutes, unloaded their belongings, and went into the motel office.
             "Hi, how are you doing?" said Harut.
             "Hi. Fine, thanks and yourself? How may I help you?" asked the motel clerk, who later turned out to be the manager as well.
            "We're international students here for the summer. We need about three rooms," briefly explained the situation Harut.
           "Well, I'm sorry guys, I’ve only got space for five guys and they all need to be boys. I will put four of them in one room and the fifth will go in another room with three other guys in it already," said the manager and then, after a pause, seeing the abandoned faces of the guys, he continued, "I'm really sorry guys, call in later, maybe I will have something available."
