"I can work as a busperson, hostess, dishwasher, front help or cook. I'm open for any position," she said. The manager was impressed by her versatility.
            "So, you'll be our universal soldier. Come with me. I'll show you around," he said and walked her around the building.          
            There was a fence with a sign 'Private Property. No trespassing'.  He opened the gate and they passed through it. He wanted to open the back door with yet another sign on it: 'employees only'. He wanted to make her acquainted with her new job. But the door was locked. "What the hell is going on," he said to himself and then cried out, "Jerome! Move your freakin' ass over here and open the God damn door!"

Ani startled. For a second she thought he was cursing at her, but someone opened the door and she got the entire situation. They went in.
"You'll be working mainly morning shifts," he said. "So this is the kitchen. You have to mop it every day before you turn over your shift."
"How do you do it?" asked Ani.
"Come on, check this out. I'll show you how," said the manager and took the mop bucket. "You fill the bucket with mop water, squeeze the mop like this and mop! Simple!" he said and started to mop the floor. "Oh, yeah, but first you gotta sweep the floor with any of those brooms, pick up the dust with the dustpan and empty it into the trashcan.
